Terms & Conditions at House Cleaners London
To make changes to any part of these terms and conditions without notice. By ordering our house cleaning services whether it is by telephone, email, fax or our website the client has agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the cleaning company. The client must allow the house cleaner access to hot water and electricity in order to perform the house cleaning service. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or removed. We will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment on request. Please note that this may be subject to an addition charge.
House Cleaners London is fully insured by public and employer’s liability cover. The house cleaners have full public liability insurance.
In case of a complaint, House Cleaners London requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the house cleaning service. No claims will be entertained after the above time limit. If the client is dissatisfied with the work, a house cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.
The client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or re-schedule a house cleaning service. If the cleaning company is not notified on time, no refund will be offered on any advance deposit. The cleaning company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted house cleaning price. The cancellation notice period for contracted regular house cleaning is 14 days.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the quoted house cleaning rates may be payable at the time of booking a cleaner. In the event of a deposit having been paid, the remaining balance should be paid upon completion of the specified house cleaning work.
